A full ERP built for rehab clinics — from session packages to payroll.
The Problem
Challenge
Rehab clinics ran packages on paper, schedules in one tool, and payroll in another. Cross-branch patients broke the file trail, rooms and equipment got double-booked independently of therapists, and payday never matched what the floor actually delivered.
Our Answer
Solution
We built the counter flow first, then the ERP around it. One session record feeds packages, branch revenue, conflict checks, and payroll. Therapists work in a mobile app; owners and front desk run the business from a web dashboard — live, multi-branch, role-based.
About This Project
Clinics were stitching together patient records, therapist workflows, branch finances, and HR across disconnected tools. We replaced all of it. Recovery Lab treats a visit as a package balance, not a one-off appointment — so the floor record and the finance record stay the same. Therapists get a Flutter app for programs and sessions; owners and front desk get a React/Next.js dashboard; Laravel runs multi-branch ops, payroll downstream of delivered sessions, conflict-aware scheduling (specialty + room + equipment), and live analytics. Clinical judgment stays with the therapists; the business runs on one system.
