We built an intelligent training system that learns from each workout session. By analyzing performance metrics like rep count, rest time, and form consistency, the algorithm adjusts the next workout to drive progress without overtraining.

Laravel powers the REST API and business logic; the Flutter app uses Riverpod and Firebase for real-time sync and content.
